The Zürcher Kantonalbank, a Swiss bank, was facing a challenge: none of its employees knew, understood, and cared enough about its business model, strategy, and historic roots.
In order to change that, Zense has developed a simple and sustainable solution that went far beyond one way communication. At its core: the mobile app «Blauweiss», a digital colosseum where employees duel each other by answering questions, playing funny minigames and pushing each other to new heights.
